Welcome to the New Frontier.  We invite you to visit us! You will enjoy the western-style clubhouses and their many amenities.  Additionally, come check out why we are renowned for our manicured greenbelts and lush landscaping.  As an added bonus, our pre-planned, gated community has a scenic view of the surrounding foothills.

New Frontier is conveniently located.   There are shopping centers, churches, parks, fishing, and golf within moments of our community.   Downtown San Diego, beaches of the Pacific Ocean, the Laguna Mountains, and the Anza Borrego desert are only a half-hour drive from our park.

Our residents enjoy the privacy that comes from living in their own homes, while being able to access the park's numerous offerings.   Many of the residents attend the monthly functions hosted by our recreation association.   Perhaps taking a splash in one of the pools, playing tennis, or relaxing in the spa appeals to you as well.
